Spring has sprung!

Yes, the weather has turned warm in Tunisia and Spring has arrived. It's the high season for citrus fruit so I'm picking and crating oranges, mandarines, and lemons everyday. Not much time for stitching or sketching. Prismacolor pencils on a ball-point pen doodle that I did while doing homework with my grandkids on Skype.

mmmm - just the thought of fresh-picked fruit is amazing. It snowed here yesterday - all day.

Beautiful, I love it: the fruit, the doodle, the green caption...perfect!

Here I am in Florida where citrus is grown and it still is quite expensive. I miss having crates of oranges like the ones in Libya. Beautiful sketch!

Quite a beautiful sketch and how it is layered is what really makes it special. We are buying mandarins here, but I'd love to have a tree of our own!
